These terms apply when you use the Mobile Store website or place an order with us. By using the site, you agree to them.
Orders are placed on WhatsApp. Checkout opens a message with your cart and delivery details, and your order is sent to us only when you tap send.
An order is accepted once we confirm it with you. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we cannot reach you.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We keep product details, prices and stock up to date, but they can change, and the details we confirm on WhatsApp are the ones that apply to your order.
We do not take payment on this website. The delivery charge, delivery time and payment method are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalised.
Warranty details are listed on each product page. If there is a problem with something you bought, contact us and we will explain the options available for that product.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in effect.
